A native of Florida, she was born and raised in West Palm Beach, she graduated from Florida State University in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design and Space Planning. A move to Tampa in 1994 started her on a career path change to sales where she ultimately decided to obtain her Real Estate License in 2004. With her background in Design and a proven track record in sales, she is able to blend her knowledge, experience and talent to become an award-winning real estate agent. She always offers her sellers complimentary home styling and staging and award winning photography. In fact, several of her listings have been featured on HGTV. With buyers, her design skills can help impart a vision of what a home may look like with different furniture placement ideas or perhaps some renovation.

One of Leslie’s specialities is Expired Listings. If you are a seller who couldn’t sell your home the first time with the agent you hired, give Leslie a call. With her unique marketing approach in selling ‘hard to sell homes’, she’s never met a home she couldn’t sell.
Her secret sauce and what sets her apart from other agents and the reason for her Zillow and Google 5 STAR reviews is creating stylish home staging, producing listing marketing that sells, and handling strategic expert negotiations. In Addition, she listens to her clients to gain an understanding of their real estate goals and then aligns her strategy with that outcome. However, it is also crucial to hold deals together, to keep people and deals on track to closing. There are many areas where contracts can fall apart, whether it is a bad home inspection, a short appraisal, or the buyer's financing falling through. You need a strong real estate agent to partner with who can navigate these waters with strength and confidence that only comes with twenty-plus years of real estate experience and knowledge. You will find her honest, authentic and transparent coupled with a direct communication style.
Over the years she has been blessed to form many long-standing relationships with sellers and buyers. She enjoys working with many repeat and referral clients that are the heart of her business, ensuring her lasting success. She has helped nearly 1,500 families purchase and sell their homes in the Tampa Bay area.
She enjoys traveling (the beach is calling her name!) cooking, reading historical novels, having a good laugh, and sharing a 1923 historic bungalow in Tampa Heights since 2001 with her incredibly talented artist husband David and throwing the ball for their enchanting rescue dog, Josephine, a most gorgeous German Shepherd. And throwing the ball, and throwing the ball, and throwing the ball...
